We at Studio Craft (” “we,” “us,” “our”) know that our users (“you,” “your”) care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following Studio Craft Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
By visiting or using the Studio Craft website or application(s), and any other linked pages, features, content, or any other services we offer (together “Services”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not install, use, register to or otherwise access the services. Studio Craft reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so pleas review it frequently. If Studio Craft makes material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, Studio Craft may post a notice on the Studio Craft website. Your continued use of the services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy only applies to products and services related to Studio Craft; other products and services provided by Studio Craft may be governed by separate privacy policies.

Coverage of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), meaning personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual, & non personal information (Non personal data), meaning information that does not directly identify you, that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
Studio Craft does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 16 or a minor in your country of residence, please do not attempt to register for Studio Craft or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 16 may provide any Personal Information to Studio Craft or through Studio Craft Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Data collection
We gather various types of Personal Information & Non personal data from our users, as explained below. We may use this Information to personalize and improve the Studio Craft experience, to allow our users to set up a user account and profile, to contact users, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to analyze how users utilize our Services, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may share certain types of Personal Information & Non personal data with third parties (as set forth in this Section and in Section III below). We collect the following types of information:
Non Personal Data
Studio Craft may use tools or third party software to automatically collect and use certain Non personal data, that does not directly enable Studio Craft to identify you. The types of Information Studio Craft may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (I) device properties, including, but not limited to IP address, Media Access Control (“MAC”) address and unique device identifier or other device identifier (“UDID”); (II) device software platform and firmware; (III) mobile phone carrier; (IV) geographical data such as zip code, area code and coarse location; (V) application progress, score and achievements; (VI) other non-personal data as reasonably required by Studio Craft or any of the used third parties to enhance the Services of Studio Craft. Studio Craft may use and disclose to Studio Craft’s partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Services and to further develop the Services of Studio Craft. You agree that the third party companies utilized by Studio Craft may combine the information collected with already own personal information and or data from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. Some of Studio Craft Services use location based information. When using a Services, which requires this type of Information, Studio Craft may collect and process your location data to provide location related Services and advertisements. Studio Craft may use various technologies to determine your location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address. Your GPS location is not accessed without your consent. Studio Craft will not share your geo-location with third parties without your consent. To the extent Studio Craft makes available geo-location to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy, it will be provided anonymously.
Personal Information
Studio Craft receives and stores any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, during the registration process, we collect Personal Information such as your user-name, email address, gender, age, phone number and social network UID. We may collect other Personal Information you provide to us through the use of Studio Craft Services, for example, if you respond to a survey or otherwise interact with Studio Craft. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features or offers.
If you choose to use our referral service to invite a friend to Studio Craft, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit Studio Craft or our Services. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Studio Craft may use your personal information to send messages to you with information and/or commercial content about Studio Craft services or third party products and services Studio Craft thinks may be of interest to you.
Business Transfers
Studio Craft may choose to buy or sell a Service. In these types of transactions, customer information is one of the business assets that are transferred. If Studio Craft (or substantially all of our assets) is acquired, or if Studio Craft go’s out of business or enter bankruptcy, Personal Information would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Protection of Studio Craft and Others
Studio Craft may disclose Personal Information when this is required to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Studio Craft, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging of information with other organizations and companies for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Data Retention
Studio Craft retains the personal data collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the period required to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law. If the personal data is no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Studio Craft deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe. Studio Craft may retain to some extent, data which is necessary to resolve conflicts, enforce Studio Craft user agreements, and comply with legal and technical requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of Services.Studio Craft does not verify the correctness of personal data.
Agents
Studio Craft cannot control what other users the Services do with any of the content (including without limitation ratings, images, captions, and comments) you as a user voluntarily disclose for such users to view on Studio Craft Services. Studio Craft does not have any control if other users which you have allowed access to your data, made such data publicly available to be collected and used by others, or to be redistributed through different media channels like the Internet. Studio Craft may not always be able to remove Personal Information, in which case, we let you know why we are not able to remove the data. Xx may use agents and contractors to collect and process personal information and data on Studio Craft’s behalf and in such cases such third party service providers will be instructed to comply with our Privacy Policy and to use personal data only for the purposes which the third party has been engaged by Studio Craft. Studio Craft may use third party service providers for services like e-mail service, credit card processors, data analyzers and business intelligence services. Studio Craft has the right to share data as necessary for the third parties to provide their services for Studio Craft.
Safguard
Studio Craft follows the generally accepted industry standards and maintains to attempt to ensure the security, privacy and integrity of the personal information in possession of Studio Craft. Your account is protected by a password security of you Personal Information. It is your own responsibility to prevent unauthorized access to your account by selecting and protecting your password appropriately. Studio Craft host personal data on a protected server, however, no system could be 100% secure and there is a possibly that despite Studio Craft’s reasonable effort, unauthorized access of your personal data could occur. By the usage of Studio Craft Services you accept the risk.
